PrimiLab Third-Party Personal Information Sharing List

This list accompanies the PrimiLab Privacy Policy. It sets out, item by item, how the "Micca" app (the "App") shares personal information with third parties in order to deliver the corresponding functions, including the name of each third party, the types of information shared, the purpose of sharing and how it is shared.
Third-party SDKs are operated independently by their providers, and their personal-information processing is governed by their officially published privacy policies. We provide data to third parties only within a reasonable and necessary scope, sign data-processing agreements with entrusted processors, and assess and supervise their processing activities.
The types of personal information we collect are described separately in the Personal Information Collection List.

Note on location: on Android devices without Google Mobile Services pre-installed (such as Huawei devices), the App automatically falls back to the system's own network location provider and does not depend on Google Play services; no information is shared with Google in that case.
For each third party's personal-information processing rules, please consult the privacy policy published on its official website. You may refuse the function corresponding to any SDK, but that function may become unavailable as a result.
2. On-Device Processing With No Third Party Involved
Subject cutout for stickers (separating the subject from a photo) is performed on your device by a model bundled inside the App. It works entirely offline, uploads no images, and provides no images or the personal information within them to any third party. Device physical orientation (portrait/landscape or rotation state) is read only on-device when you enter the capture screen, to correct the preview and the captured result; it is not uploaded and is not provided to any third party.
3. Other Circumstances of Sharing
Apart from the entrusted processors above, we share your personal information only in the following circumstances:
- •With your prior explicit consent;
- •Where necessary to respond to a public health emergency or, in an emergency, to protect your life, health or property;
- •As required by laws, regulations, regulators or government-authorized agencies;
- •In transactions such as mergers, acquisitions or asset transfers, where the transferee must continue to perform the obligations under this list and the Privacy Policy; otherwise we will require it to obtain your consent anew.
4. Our Commitments
- •We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
- •We do not use your personal information for targeted marketing, user profiling or personalized advertising.
- •We do not use persistent device identifiers for any advertising or attribution purpose.
- •Where personal information is provided outside the territory, we will separately obtain your consent and fulfil the corresponding assessment obligations in accordance with the law.
