Operations Manager
Location: Dongsheng Science Park Phase II, Haidian District, Beijing
Responsibilities
- •Build the community content ecosystem, define the early content style, and establish a data evaluation system
- •Build the creator ecosystem from 0 to 1, interacting frequently with creators to advance the product and community together
- •Build the in-app topic operations system to foster a healthy community atmosphere
- •Operate official accounts and recommendation lists, setting the benchmark for content cases
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree or above, 2+ years of community operations experience
- •Data-sensitive, results-oriented, and accountable for outcomes
- •Self-driven, with strong project-execution and multi-threaded cross-functional collaboration skills
