Operations Intern
Location: Dongsheng Science Park Phase II, Haidian District, Beijing
Responsibilities
- •Recruit and nurture category creators across channels, run premium-creator strategies, and host regular creator meetups
- •Surface high-quality PUGC content and assist with content ranking
- •Gather user/creator feedback, prioritize it, and help resolve issues
Requirements
- •Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or above
- •Able to intern 5 days a week for 3 months or more
- •Strong communication skills with excellent self-drive and execution
