Client Developer

Location: Dongsheng Science Park Phase II, Haidian District, Beijing

Responsibilities

•Design, build and optimize the performance of our social app on mobile (both iOS and Android)
•Own the implementation of product interaction and visual design with an extremely high bar for fluidity, responsiveness and visual detail, delivering a silky-smooth user experience
•Explore and ship innovative combinations of AI and mobile interaction, continuously refining the app architecture while safeguarding code quality and maintainability

•Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related major, 1+ years of mobile development experience, with strong skills in at least one of iOS or Android and familiarity with Swift/Kotlin/Flutter; cross-platform ability is a plus
•Mastery of UI rendering principles, performance tuning, networking and memory management, able to independently solve complex technical problems
•A deep understanding of the capabilities and boundaries of AI coding — using AI coding and reviewing AI-generated code properly to boost productivity while ensuring code quality
•A relentless pursuit of user experience and excellent product instincts, able to drive product and design improvements from a technical angle
•A strong startup mindset, highly self-driven, able to maintain high-quality output through fast iteration
•Experience with overseas social/content products is a plus
