PrimiLab Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Effective date: 2026-10-19 · Last updated: 2026-10-19

These Standards are issued by the PrimiLab Team, which belongs to Beijing Prime Beyond Technology Co., Ltd ("we" or "us"). We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") in any form. These Standards explain how we prevent CSAE, receive reports, take action and report to competent authorities when providing PrimiLab products and services, including but not limited to the Micca app.

These Standards apply together with the PrimiLab Terms of Service, the PrimiLab Privacy Policy and the Minors' Personal Information Protection Rules. These Standards govern the prohibition, prevention and reporting of CSAE. The collection and use of minors' personal information are governed by the Minors' Personal Information Protection Rules.

These Standards are published on this page. We do not publish them as a document that anyone can edit.

1. Scope

These Standards apply to all use of PrimiLab products and services through our mobile apps, official website or other channels, including creating and uploading stickers and collages, building collections together, chat, comments and other interactions between users.

These Standards apply to every user, whether or not the user is a minor. No user may create, upload, store, request, distribute or help distribute CSAE content, or engage in related conduct.

2. What we prohibit

We have zero tolerance for CSAE. The following content and conduct are prohibited on the Service:

  • •Depicting, creating, possessing, requesting or distributing child sexual abuse or exploitation material in any form, including images, video, audio, text and any generated, edited or collaged result;
  • •Sexually soliciting, requesting or coercing a minor, or contacting, following or deceiving a minor for those purposes;
  • •Placing a minor in a sexual situation, or sexualizing a minor in images or descriptions;
  • •Buying, recruiting, transporting, transferring, harboring or controlling a minor for sexual exploitation;
  • •Sharing, trading or instructing others on how to obtain, hide or distribute CSAE content, or how to evade these Standards or competent authorities;
  • •Knowing, or where one should know, that content, an account or conduct involves CSAE, and still providing distribution, storage, payment, traffic or other assistance.

Labeling content as fictional, artistic, a joke or a private chat does not remove these prohibitions. Content visible only to some members of a collection or chat is covered as well.

3. How we prevent it

  • •We state the prohibition of CSAE in the Terms of Service, these Standards and the Minors' Personal Information Protection Rules, and we require users not to use the Service for related conduct;
  • •We provide an in-app reporting entry so users, guardians and others can report suspected content and conduct;
  • •We prioritize reports. After review, we remove or restrict the content and restrict or terminate the accounts involved;
  • •We keep records required by law and cooperate with investigations when the law or a competent authority so requires;
  • •People who handle child-safety matters are required to keep reports confidential and may access the material only as needed to act on a report, meet a legal duty or assist a competent authority.

4. How to report

If you find suspected CSAE content or conduct on the Service, please report it as soon as you can. You may:

  1. 1.Use the in-app report feature on the relevant content in the Micca app, state the reason, and upload evidence images if prompted;
  2. 2.Email privacy@primilab.com with "Child safety" in the subject line. Please identify the product, the content or account, the time and what you know. Do not forward the illegal material itself in the email. If an authority requires the material, we will tell you how to provide it.

A guardian may report on a minor's behalf. If the situation is urgent, or you believe a child is in danger, also contact local law enforcement or a child-protection agency where you are.

5. What we do with a report

We prioritize child-safety reports. After the review that the report requires, we may take one or more of the following steps:

  • •Delete, block or limit distribution of the content;
  • •Restrict, freeze or terminate the accounts involved, and refuse re-registration for the same purpose;
  • •Preserve the records the law requires us to keep, so we can report to and assist competent authorities;
  • •Tell the reporter what progress we can share without obstructing an investigation, identifying a victim or further distributing illegal content.

We do not use report materials for purposes other than child-safety action, legally required retention and assistance to competent authorities.

6. Reporting to authorities

When we find CSAE content or conduct, or confirm it from a report, we report it to the competent regional and national authorities as applicable law requires, and we cooperate with the measures those authorities take.

To meet that duty, we may provide the account, content, log and report materials that an authority lawfully requires. We do not publish a victim's identity unless the law or a lawful request from an authority requires it.

7. Relationship to personal-information rules

Collection, use, storage and sharing of minors' personal information are governed by the Minors' Personal Information Protection Rules and the PrimiLab Privacy Policy. These Standards do not expand what we collect about minors. Information needed to handle a CSAE report is used only to receive and act on the report, to retain what the law requires, and to report to competent authorities.

8. Updates to these Standards

We may revise these Standards as laws, requirements of competent authorities or the safety of our products change. The revised version will be published on this page with the update date noted. The address of this page stays stable for public access.
